Chris leads the coaching team at CJPI. He is a qualified executive coach with the Level 7 in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, qualified in change management, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership.
Before CJPI, Chris spent a decade as CEO of a national organisation, leading a team of several hundred. That first-hand experience, and experience working with a wide range of clients underpins his practical coaching style.
