Chris Percival
Founder & Managing Director
Chris is the Founder & Managing Director of CJPI and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership. Under his leadership, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic solutions to a diverse client base — from ambitious entrepreneurs to large corporates — with a focus on impact and outcomes.
Chris works with entrepreneurs and senior leaders to deliver strategic impact at all stages of the business lifecycle, he holds multiple professional qualifications, and has been recognised in several national awards, including Insider’s ‘42 under 42’.

Rob Percival
Director
Rob brings a strong track record in identifying and supporting high-calibre leaders who align with the culture and demands of modern organisations. An Adair-accredited Action Centred Leadership trainer, he is passionate about creating achievement cultures. His background includes a decade in the British military, senior leadership in a PLC, and founding a successful UK-wide recruitment and training firm, which he later sold.
Rob leads our selection and assessment solutions at CJPI and advises businesses of all sizes – drawing on his hands-on experience with start-ups, corporations, acquisitions, and business growth.

Anthony Graves
Senior Associate
Anthony leads a number of executive search projects at CJPI. Anthony began his career in recruitment in 2010 with a global recruitment firm and has since accumulated 13+ years of high level experience across the Financial Services, Professional Services and Technology sectors.
He has partnered with a full range of clients from FTSE listed global businesses to start ups, supporting them with crucial hires at management and executive leadership level. Anthony also brings international experience having spent five years recruiting in the Middle East whilst located in the UAE.

Laurie Percival
Director
Laurie brings over 30 years of C-suite and board-level experience, with a strong track record in leading transformational change, international expansion, and strategic M&A across a broad range of sectors. She has successfully led complex integrations, buy-and-build strategies, cross-border growth initiatives and taken a company through an AIM flotation. Whilst CEO of a diversified staffing group, Laurie led a targeted acquisition strategy that scaled the business to £480m in revenue.
At CJPI, Laurie specialises in our work in value creation, M&A strategy, and positioning businesses for acquisition.

Dr Nigel Stone
Senior Associate
Nigel is passionate about supporting leaders. With a background as CEO of a European sales promotion and training agency; he led the company to scale to over 300 employees. This strong foundation in business leadership informs his coaching practice, which focuses on entrepreneurs, business leaders and C-suite executives. Nigel holds a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship.
Nigel lead on development and coaching programmes with various organisations, from government bodies to academic institutions and corporate enterprises in the UK and internationally.

Andrea Levesconte
Executive Assistant
Andrea is an Executive Assistant at CJPI and supports the effective administration of projects and wider business functions.
Having had a long career as a personal and executive assistant, Andrea joined CJPI in 2021 and supports the senior leadership team day-to-day as well as leading the administration, communication and process strategy for our projects.
