CJPI executes highly targeted, largely confidential executive search mandates for our clients. Because every search is meticulously bespoke and rooted in fresh market intelligence, we do not operate a general CV database, nor do we process speculative applications. We engage talent exclusively through proactive, research-led origination.

We Headhunt
For all of the positions we work on, we proactively research and outreach to targeted prospective candidates. We do not use recycled candidate databases and rarely advertise roles publicly. We are trusted advisors to our clients and we work hard to identify and contact the talent who we think best fits their objectives.
We Communicate
From when we make initial contact with you until the very end of the process, we will communicate with you in a confidential, swift and meaningful way.
