When we are working on search projects for our clients, we map and connect with potential leaders through highly targeted research and headhunting, treating each project as a blank sheet of paper. This approach means we do not operate or rely upon a CV database and as such, we are unable to register speculative candidates outside of a live search.

We Headhunt
For all of the positions we work on, we proactively research and outreach to targeted prospective candidates. We do not use recycled candidate databases. We are trusted advisors to our clients and can only achieve their objectives once we have fully researched and connected with the entire talent market.

From when we make initial contact with you until the very end of the process, we will communicate with you in a confidential, swift and meaningful way. We will give you feedback and advice at every stage and whatever the final outcome, we aim to deliver an unrivalled candidate experience.
