About Chris

Chris Percival is the Founder & Managing Director of CJPI. Under his leadership, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic solutions to a diverse client base — from ambitious entrepreneurs to large corporates — with a focus on impact and outcomes.

Chris brings deep experience in working with senior leaders to develop and execute strategies that build, grow, and exit innovative and adaptive organisations. His work spans SMEs, public sector bodies, and listed businesses across a broad range of industries.

Before founding CJPI, Chris spent a decade building a national UK organisation, gaining first-hand experience of the full business lifecycle. The company became part of a large private-equity group, where Chris continued as CEO for several years.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and holds a Distinction from Oxford Brookes University. Chris is professionally qualified in project management, change leadership, executive coaching, and psychometric assessment. His work has been recognised through various accolades, including the Lloyd’s Bank Enterprise Awards and Insider’s ‘42 under 42’.
