Our Approach

Free Consultation Call
The first step is to understand where you need our support and to make sure it is something we can help with. To do this, we'll arrange a call with you and one of our Directors so we can run through where you are at, what you need support with and discuss how we can help - totally free and without obligation. After this call, we will propose some options.
Develop Strategy
Once we start working together we need to develop a strategy and agree the priorities we need to work on. During the strategy phase, we will work with you to understand your challenges and uncover any opportunities for growth. Providing advice on everything from HR to marketing we will provide you with the frameworks you need to achieve your ambitions.
Implementation
Implementation will depend on the challenge or opportunity we are working on. For some clients this is a project-based approach to deal with a specific area such as exit planning, improving sales, creating management processes or dealing with operational challenges. For other clients, this may consist of a framework for ongoing, on-demand support.

Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and the Managing Director at CJPI. He has experienced first hand the ups and downs of business and leadership, taken his own business from a one-man band to employing hundreds of people, generating tens of millions in revenue - and through a 3 year stint as CEO under private equity ownership before exiting following a trade sale.
