Chris Percival is the Founder & Managing Director of CJPI and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership.
As an award-winning entrepreneur, Chris has amassed experience across the full business lifecycle, from startup, scale, private equity investment, and exit.
Chris established CJPI in 2021, which quickly carved a leading position in supporting a diverse range of clients. CJPI continues to build a reputation for aligning organisational and people strategies and collaborating with businesses and leaders to build high-performing teams, navigate growth and change, and mitigate risks.
Throughout his career, Chris has worked with clients ranging from SMEs to public sector organisations and some of the most ambitious organisations across various industries.
Chris graduated from Oxford Brookes University with Distinction, holds qualifications in PRINCE2 from Axelos, Change Management from APMG International and is certified in Psychometric Testing. He was appointed as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership in 2022 and has received recognition in various awards including the Lloyd’s Bank Enterprise Awards, listed in the ’42 under 42′ by the Insider, and quoted in prestigious publications such as Forbes.
