About Chris Percival
Chris is the Founder and Managing Director of CJPI. With a wealth of experience, he has successfully led organisations and projects across strategic and operational domains. His expertise spans human capital and executive search, organisational development, M&A, and end-to-end service delivery for both public and private entities.
An entrepreneur from an early age, Chris started his first notable enterprise while studying at Oxford Brookes University. Over a decade, the business evolved into the largest healthcare provider of its kind, establishing a national presence in the UK. After seven years of organic growth and three years within a large private equity-backed healthcare group, Chris exited following its sale.
Chris went on to establish CJPI, which swiftly became a key player in recruiting senior executives and leaders. The firm collaborates with businesses to design leadership teams, formulate succession plans, drive growth and change, and manage risk. CJPI combines expertise, innovation, and an entrepreneurial approach to deliver unique solutions for clients.
Throughout his career, Chris has worked with diverse clients, ranging from SMEs to public sector organisations and some of the largest and most high-profile entities across various industries.
Chris’s qualifications include certifications in project management, organisational development, and change management. He was honoured as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership in 2022 and previously recognised as Lloyd’s Bank Entrepreneur of the Year. Additionally, he was listed in the ’42 under 42′ by the Insider.
