About Rob
Rob is a Search Director at CJPI and leads the selection and assessment for a range of functional appointments. With a passion for assessing and supporting talented leaders, Rob identifies those who possess the right skills, attributes and personality traits for each specific role, to build and sustain successful teams. Modern, vibrant, successful organisations need leaders with the right qualities and Rob has an impressive track record of locating, placing and supporting ‘right fit’ candidates in a diverse range of organisations and industries.
Rob is also an Adair accredited ‘Action Centred Leadership’ trainer and is passionate about creating teams that have an ‘embedded’ achievement culture.
Rob’s career began with 10 years in the British military, before moving into civilian life and rapidly rising to senior management in a large PLC – following which Rob amassed further experience establishing his own recruitment and training company which he built and sold, before undertaking several interim directorship roles and consultant to large and small companies.
Having had his own businesses, including ‘start-ups’ and ‘buy and builds’, he brings a wealth of real-life experience alongside his deep functional expertise to CJPI and our clients.
