Chris Percival is the Founder and Managing Director of CJPI. He established the firm as a decisive alternative to high-volume consulting, architecting a director-led boutique that delivers uncompromising, outcome-focused advisory to ambitious founders, investors, and global corporate boards.

Chris launched his early career while studying at Oxford Brookes University, where he founded an independent healthcare start-up. Over the next decade, he scaled the business both organically and through acquisition into the largest healthcare organisation of its kind in the UK. The company became part of a major UK private equity-backed healthcare group.

Today, Chris leads CJPI and oversees our work across our capabilities. He was elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership in 2022, studied Mergers & Acquisitions at Imperial College Business School in London and holds a Distinction from Oxford Brookes University. He is also professionally qualified in change and project management, executive coaching, and psychometric assessments. His entrepreneurial and leadership achievements have been recognised with several accolades, including the Lloyds Bank Enterprise Awards and Insider’s ‘42 under 42’.
