About Chris
Chris Percival is the Founder and Managing Director of CJPI. He established the firm as a decisive alternative to high-volume consulting, building a director-led boutique that delivers outcome-focused advisory to ambitious founders, investors, and global corporate boards.
Chris launched his career while studying at Oxford Brookes University, founding an independent healthcare startup that he scaled over a decade into the UK’s largest healthcare organisation of its kind – eventually becoming part of a major private equity-backed healthcare group where Chris remained CEO for several years.
Today, Chris leads CJPI and oversees our engagements, closely aligning our clients’ strategic goals with our internal capabilities. A Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, he studied M&A at Imperial College Business School and holds a Distinction from Oxford Brookes University. He also brings professional qualifications in change management, executive coaching, and psychometric assessments. His leadership achievements have earned accolades such as the Lloyds Bank Enterprise Award and Insider’s ‘42 under 42’.
