Chris Percival is the Founder & Managing Director of CJPI and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership. Under his leadership, CJPI has built a strong reputation for delivering outcome-focused solutions to a diverse client base, ranging from ambitious entrepreneurs and mid-market firms to major corporates, investors and public sector organisations.

Before founding CJPI, Chris spent over a decade building an independent healthcare business from a university start-up into the largest supplier to the NHS of its type, employing several hundred people. The company was later acquired by one of the UK’s largest private equity-backed healthcare groups, where Chris continued as CEO for three years.

Chris was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership in 2022. He studied Mergers & Acquisitions at Imperial College Business School in London and holds a Distinction from Oxford Brookes University. He is also professionally qualified in change and project management, executive coaching, and psychometric testing.

His entrepreneurial and leadership achievements have been recognised with awards including the Lloyd’s Bank Enterprise Awards and Insider’s ‘42 under 42’.
