Investment Director Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching Case Study

Executive Coaching
The Context
Our client was a large private equity firm with a multi-billion AUM, they wanted to support a new investment director to continue their progression in the firm.
The Challenge
With the need to carefully balance internal influence with team members and the dynamics with entrepreneurs and boards, the challenge was to increase influence and reduce friction. With a strong desire to focus on performance and results in order to remove progression ‘blocks’ our client introduced 360 feedback as the basis for our approach.
Our Solution
We worked one-to-one with the coaching client, working on a ‘real-time-agenda’ to provide real-life and actionable sessions - underpinned by the wider organisational context and the goals set by the investment director.
The Result
The coaching client saw positive results in a new approach to influencing outcomes, this meant they embedded this new way of working through a strong ‘buy in’. Their feedback was extremely positive, as were the tangible results. The CEO reported that there was an “enormous improvement” with a “very significant ROI” from our work. They went on to introduce another Partner colleague on another engagement.
