We are a search consultancy that works with clients to find and assess the best talent available for a specific role on a search-by-search basis. This means, unlike some traditional recruiters who may rely on a database of candidates, our search methodology is research-led and active – and we largely work on confidential, unadvertised projects.

However, we do recognise that some leaders who are active in the market may wish to share their CV speculatively without applying for a specific role. If you submit your CV using this application form, it will be reviewed by one of our consultants and will be retained in the strictest of confidence should we feel your skills and experience are aligned with the type of projects we undertake.
