Our commercial due diligence provides an independent assessment of the target’s markets, customers and competitive positioning. We validate assumptions around market size and growth, analyse sector trends, and test the strength of customer demand and pricing power. This gives investors clarity on the real growth drivers of a business and whether the investment thesis is sound.

Specialist

Specialist due diligence allows us to go deeper into areas where risk may exist and which would not be captured through traditional diligence channels. In healthcare and medtech, for example, we can carry out clinical diligence to test compliance, safety and clinical risk. We can also conduct regulatory compliance and risk reviews in highly regulated industries, and sustainability assessments for responsible investors.
