Often, this process gives options to consider - such as additional value creation, optimising the organisational structure, and ensuring the business is genuinely ready for sale. You may decide to undertake a period of strategic preparation (with our support as retained board advisors) or immediately move to buyer identification - depending on your circumstances and assessment of your strategic options.
With the exit strategy defined, we build a tailored map of potential buyers, including trade acquirers, private equity firms, family offices, and other strategic investors, along with their advisors. Drawing on our research capability and a broad, high-level network, we identify and prioritise the right targets.
Our proactive outreach approach then begins, ensuring that we engage only with parties who are strategically aligned and well-positioned, while maintaining strict confidentiality throughout.
Once buyer interest is secured and their proposed deal structures and intended funding arrangements are validated, we help you compare the offers received. We then coordinate negotiations until you are satisfied with your chosen route and move forward to coordinate due diligence. We will provide guidance alongside your legal and financial advisors, and remain by your side throughout, ensuring a smooth and well-managed journey to completion.
