Our client is a large, multi-site NHS Hospital Trust. They had a requirement for a specialist interim senior manager for a complex transformational piece of work.
The role was largely one of transformation at a senior level, but required some knowledge and experience of emergency planning – making CJPI the consultancy of choice for the Trust.
Our team was headed by a Search Director with deep expertise in the industry. They were supported by an Assistant, Researcher, Interview Expert and Psychometric Profiling Practitioner.
CJPI’s Executive Search Consultancy combined active sourcing (headhunting) and an advertising selection strategy to identify potential candidates. The active sourcing approach focused on candidates from the sector who we had identified through our research phase, applying our deep understanding of the space. Our advertising strategy complemented this by attracting individuals from associated sectors or who met the criteria. We also identified potential candidates from our existing database of experienced, senior interim managers with healthcare experience.
Following our search, potential candidates were selected for final interview with the client.
Using all of the tools, together with our recommendations, the successful candidate was offered the role.
