CJPI named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s Executive Search Framework

CJPI have been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s (GCA) Executive & Non-Executive Search 3 framework across two lots:

  • Lot 1: Executive Search – Grade 6, SCS1 & SCS2 (and equivalents)
  • Lot 2: Executive Search – SCS3 & SCS4 (and equivalents)

Through this agreement, public sector organisations, central government departments, NHS bodies, and local authorities across the UK can access CJPI’s specialist executive search and headhunting services. The framework facilitates the recruitment of senior leadership roles, ranging from Grade 6, Deputy Director (SCS1), and Director (SCS2) level appointments under Lot 1, through to top-tier executive appointments including Director General (SCS3), Permanent Secretary (SCS4), and Chief Executive positions under Lot 2.

Under the terms of this agreement, public sector buyers can access our core modular services, which include:

  • Buyer Planning
  • Candidate Identification and Attraction
  • Candidate Assessment and Evaluation
  • Offer and Appointment

Additionally, CJPI can provide non-core modular services through the framework, including strategy and planning, talent development services, talent mapping, talent pools, and executive development and coaching.
